I'm Cosmin Stan, an SEO consultant based in Bucharest, working in search since 2007. I help teams find what limits their visibility in Google, prioritize the work, and implement a strategy that fits the business.

You may have a new site that does not attract the right searches, an online shop with many pages that are hard to index, or a mature site whose traffic has flattened. Before recommending more content, I check which pages are reachable, which intents they cover, and where the commercial opportunity is lost.

What SEO consulting includes
We define the scope before the audit. Recommendations state the problem, the evidence, the expected impact, and the implementation steps.
Technical SEO audit
Crawl analysis, indexing, HTTP statuses, redirects, canonicals, sitemaps, internal links and JavaScript rendering. I identify template-level problems and pages competing for the same intent. Performance is assessed with measured data, where it is available.
Search and content strategy
I map queries and intents onto existing or missing pages. You get architecture recommendations, content briefs and editorial priorities — without creating near-identical pages for every keyword variation.
Roadmap and implementation support
I order the work by impact, effort and dependencies. I work with your team on requirements, examples and verification. For platform changes, we prepare URL mapping, redirects and the checks before and after launch.
Measurement and review
We track queries, landing pages and conversions, using Search Console and analytics within the access available. We separate brand search from commercial search and read changes in the context of seasonality and releases.
Technical SEO and enterprise coordination
My experience includes SEO for the retail banking division of ING Romania and for developer-tools brands in the Idera group: Embarcadero, Froala, Sencha and FusionCharts. I have also worked on projects in pharma, e-commerce and fashion.
In these contexts SEO is also collaboration: recommendations have to be understood by development, marketing, analytics and, where relevant, legal. That experience helps me turn a diagnosis into a plan a team can act on.

Questions about SEO consulting
How much does SEO consulting cost?
It depends on the size of the site, its technical complexity, the access to data, and how involved I am in implementation. After the first conversation we agree on the deliverables and a proposal for a project or a monthly engagement.
What is the difference between an audit and ongoing consulting?
An audit gives you a diagnosis and priorities at one point in time. Ongoing consulting adds support during implementation, verification of the changes, and adjusting the plan as the site and the data change.
Do you only work with businesses in Romania?
I am based in Bucharest and work remotely with teams in Romania and abroad. I work in Romanian and English; location does not limit the collaboration.
Can you guarantee the first position in Google?
No. Positions depend on competition, search intent, and Google’s systems. I can define reasoned changes, criteria for verifying them, and a process for measurement — without promising rankings.
Does SEO consulting include optimization for AI?
Technical fundamentals and useful content also support visibility in AI search. If the goal includes mentions and citations in ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews, we scope a separate GEO and AEO audit and plan.
